Semaglutide is a weekly injection that can be used to lose weight over several months. This service requires consultation and blood work prior to initiation. Subscriptions include: 

• Initial consultation, medical history review, medication review, initial lab work order, and lab work review
• Weekly in-office injection of medication
• Monthly weigh-in and review of weight loss
• Dosage adjustments and medication tapering
